Starting with only 2 Drop forge Hammers the Venus group today has 12 Drop forge hammers with complete ancillary machinery, well equipped laboratories and a state of the art R & D Department. With such facilities we now have capacity to sustain an annual production of 70 million pieces of Hand Tools in House !!!

Osho Tool Pvt. Ltd. was Incorporated in 1996 under the dynamic vision of Mr. Ashok Kumar Gupta (M.D.) Mechanical Engineer from Memphis University, Tennessee, USA, Mr. Bipin Gupta (M.A. – English Literature and History) , Mr. Nitin Gupta (M.B.A. from Cardiff University, UK) & Mr. Rahul Gupta (MBA from Manchester Business School, U.K.) It is IATF 16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Certified Company.

Today Osho Tools Pvt. Ltd. employees more than 1500 people with all the manufacturing activities and it has the largest product range capacities under one roof.

All the products are made strictly as per Indian Standards and as per special requirements of OEM’s all over the India and as well as out of country.
